A transatlantic manufacturing group has retained The Drumbeg Advisory as Strategic Partners to support the strategy and operational groundwork for multiple new 3D modular steel manufacturing facilities across the United States. The key markets have been identified as hospitality, student accommodation and 'key worker' residential housing.

Drumbeg's scope covers manufacturing strategy, factory design, site planning and operational rollout support across key US regions. The appointment reflects growing international investor interest in scaling modular manufacturing capacity in the US and the demand for experienced independent global advisory support.

December 2025

The Drumbeg Advisory has been retained by a European private-public development company to advise on the MMC delivery of a mixed use residential scheme of over 500 apartments.

The scope covers MMC strategy, design management, procurement, manufacturing and turnkey delivery, with Drumbeg providing advisory support throughout the full delivery program.

Drumbeg's delivery team will work closely with the development company's executive team to provide practical, experienced guidance across each stage of the MMC end to end delivery process.

October 2024 On going

The Drumbeg Consultancy alongside another specialist consultancy is working with a US Developer to deliver replacement modular housing for the residents of a Carribean island community. The Island  suffered huge losses of homes and other governemnt buildings during the storms of 2024.

The total rebuilding will take several years, however with the first deliveries of the new homes taking place this month, families will be able to start enjoying life in their own homes in a matter of weeks.

Drumbeg Consultancy was appointed by the leading low rise 3D MMC manufacturer in Saudi Arabia and the wider GCC to develop and implement a strategy to form a partnership with a TIER ONE international MMC manufacturer to enable them to co-deliver G+10 through to G+20 apartments and hotels in the Kingdom.

The process involved sector landscaping and visiting selected global manufacturers in Europe, Canada and the USA to understand their capabilities and appetite for a partnership in Saudi Arabia.

Following the initial ‘get to know’ period a partner was identified, heads of terms agreed after 8 weeks. 

The accelerated pace of the project deliverables was critical, as the first phase of the world’s largest single client and single site 3D Volumetric development for c25,000 modules was being tendered just 5 months after our appointment.

Drumbeg Consultancy is pleased to announce that we are working with a European residential developer to prepare a detailed feasibility plan for a range of low rise 'Build to Rent' apartment blocks. 

This will encompass concept design, program, budget costs, sourcing an appropriate 3D volumetric manufacturer, including all delivery and onsite installation. All works will be managed by the client's pre-nominated main contractor, as well as their lead architects. The first project will be for 74 units.
