Interim Executive Management

Executive interim leadership brings an experienced senior executive into an organisation for an agreed period to address a specific leadership, commercial or operational requirement.

The interim executive becomes part of the senior leadership team, with the authority to make decisions, implement agreed actions and take responsibility for delivery. This is an executive appointment, not temporary management or external consultancy.

Executive interim leadership has been my chosen career for more than 20 years, including the past five years working internationally across Europe, GCC, North America, the Caribbean and Africa.

Delivering assignments across a range of businesses including MMC, manufacturing, construction, infrastructure, hospitality and related sectors.

How an Interim Executive Works

An interim executive joins an organization for a defined 3 to 12 month period to achieve a specific project, commercial, or operational objective.

  • Taking accountability for implementation and delivery.
  • Ensuring a seamless handover to the organization once the assignment is complete
