More than 20 years of interim and fractional executive leadership
For more than 20 years I have held senior interim and fractional appointments as Managing Director, Chief Operating Officer, Transformation Director and Global Partnerships Director, following an earlier career in senior roles within international logistics and freight.
Working with developers, manufacturers, founders, investors, banks and project teams, I provide international commercial and operational leadership during periods of growth, investment, business recovery and international expansion within private, public or government funded organisations.
Executive Experience
My work covers manufacturing, factory establishment, operational improvement, procurement, supply chain development, joint ventures and partnerships, licensing and international business development across the UK, Europe, the GCC, North America, the Caribbean and Africa.

Commercial Focus
My appointments have ranged from privately funded start ups supported by around US$1 million in early investment through to major private equity backed MMC manufacturing businesses with investment in excess of £120 million and to established international businesses, including operational leadership responsibility within an established division of an MMC manufacturing group with annual turnover of approximately £450 million.
Recent assignments have included a £180 million residential development of around 700 apartments, an international resort proposal comprising 500 hotel keys and 80 villas, specialist healthcare developments in Africa, new international manufacturing operations and expansion projects.
